*Battle of the Mountains - telling the legend of why the main mountains in the North Island are in their present location.
Central North Island mountains are: Tongariro (father), Pihanga (mother), Ruapehu and Ngauruhoe (children).
Mountains scattered around North Island as result of losing fight with Tongariro are: Taranaki, Tauhara and Putuaki.
All kites are Block of Flats Deltas - Tongariro is 2.8m wide and rest are 3/4 size. Graphics sewn by Ray and kites made by Rosemary.
